Is there any news from the Bahamas?

My understanding is that the eye went over Freeport a few hours ago, the whole place seems to be getting pummeled, and several hours ago I saw a post indicating that the entire nation was 'offline'.

I've tried google news, sorting by time, various keywords, and I'm not seeing anything about what is happening there, just descriptions of the weather conditions based on radar etc. Even from Voice of America and a few other sites that would be a little more focused on that than the predictions for the US.

Anybody know anything?

1. NBC had a report from Nassau on the 6:30 news

Roads taken out and trees bent over. Had a live report.
