My old home town, Cocoa Beach, was largely spared from Matthew. They expected the worst and hunkered down. It didn't really happen. So, scam artist con man Governor Rick Scott, always the opportunist, decided to do a press op this afternoon. Despite the town being spared, it has an iconic name. So Rick Scott "went there." And ordered the causeways shut down so residents could not return while he was doing his photo op for the press.

Wouldn't want the scummy 99% screwing up your photo op, despite the fact that Cocoa Beach has a LOT of very wealthy residents. I know. It's my home town.
