Why hasn't Christie been indicted?

What is it now, 2 people have now testified that he knew of the bridge closings beforehand? Why were they indicted and not him? Will he be indicted now?

I don't know if Wildstein did or not. I've heard that the prosecutors didn't know what she would testify to until she actually got on the stand, so they obviously did not have the info they needed... perhaps until now.
