Help! Thom Hartman talked about NC election fraud today....

Where a woman kept pressing one button but it kept coming up as Burr. Even when an official tried it it came up wrong. Finally, after many attempts, it registered properly.

I have repeatedly googled for the last thirty or so minutes and cannot find it anywhere. Does anyone know where I can find official information about this, please?

I guess this is not in the media yet? I know a few people who will not take this seriously until it is. Even then I guess they would not. I hope everyone checks their voting results to make sure it is right. Maybe we should be recording our votes with our phones. It could be very important.

So it can't be anything nefarious.

In MA, about 3% of the voters live in districts (mostly in the NW I think I read) which vote on paper ballots and HAND COUNT the results. The rest of the state has its ballots counted on optiscan machines.

By using the 3% hand-counted voters as a statistical sample (it's slightly more conservative than the rest of the state; otherwise, it's a very good sample) you can decide if the vote was counted properly.

For example, in the Dem primary, Bernie won by 17% in the 3% hand-counted districts but lost the state by about 2% I think. Unless there's some very good reason for this dichotomy, the chances of this happening by chance are virtually zero.

I have no idea why somebody in MA doesn't figure this out and use it to demand recounts when the statistics indicate fraud, ELECTION FRAUD, by the way, not voter fraud. There's almost zero evidence of voter fraud; there is overwhelmoing evidence of election fraud.

I was a Bernie Supporter and will bite my tongue.

Unfortunately I no longer live in MA. I am in Oregon now and here our ballots are mailed to us. A method that I think eliminates some of issues .

Voting machines occasionally need to be recalibrated to avoid flipping votes. There are plenty of articles which describe the issue. I was helping an elderly gentleman vote in '08 and all his votes registered correctly except the one for sheriff. He was voting for the Dem and that one vote for sheriff flipped to the Repub. I pointed it out to one of the staff, and they made sure the vote registered correctly.

After that, they blocked the machine from use and said they were calling the tech to check it out, I presume to recalibrate it. It happens, don't worry about it.

I don't get it. Votes being flipped happens and don't worry about it? Especially if they are being flipped to Republicans? Especially if it can steal the election from us on any level? Don't worry, nothing to see here, move along? Are you sarcastic, joking, or on the wrong forum?
