5. Yes, I agree. This is my first year in Oregon but it was a very simple and hassle free process.

You get your ballot almost two weeks before the election in the mail snd can fill it at your leisure and then either mail it in or drop it off in a,secure drop box.

Those numbers alone should be reason enough for every state to follow suit. The only reason not to is because you don't want people to vote.
