Lawsuit filed in New York against Trump and Clinton to postpone election

This one's a winner:

http://ia801500.us.archive.org/29/items/gov.uscourts.nywd.109328/gov.uscourts.nywd.109328.1.0.pdf

"The 2016 election is a mockery of the United States Constitution and as such violates the Constitutional Right of every citizen of the United States. The candidates running For president of the United States will not be reliable to fulfill the role of Chief of State. The President is the "boss" for millions nf government workers. a Chief Diplomat, a Chief Executive, Commander in Chief, a Legislature Leader, Chief nf Party and a Guardian of Economy. Neither of the candidates running for the Presidential seat shows that they can handle the position. The character of both candidates falls far below the standersmandated as a person representing the people; Neither candidate displays the ability to act as a lawyer to represent our Nation and protect the citizens of the United States."

...and that's just for openers.

Oh well, I guess the election is off.

A Buffalo woman with AIDS has been awarded $155,000 for what a Federal judge said was the humiliating and improper treatment she received when she was in the Erie County jail on bad check and forgery charges.

While this may sound like a frivolous lawsuit, Nolley assured us that it isn’t.

“I’ve been writing on it and thinking about it and praying. I was just waiting for an OK from God,” Nolley said in a brief phone interview.

She got that OK sometime in the past week and filed the lawsuit on Tuesday.

Hope the filing fee was several $1000. Make it very expensive to file frivolous lawsuits.

I don't think it is fair to charge someone for what God told them to do.

As it turns out, due to her various criminal problems, this is actually the first election in which she's eligible to vote, so she's disappointed.

Aside from which, God told her to do it, as noted above, so you really can't argue with God.
