...so hard to lose these stale, but potent, remnants of hatred. All of this deliberately revived by politicians for their own edification and benefit. Hopefully we can sustain and expand a movement to marginalize these sources of bigotry and get on with celebrating our differences and diversity.

I've pretty much wrote off one of my old friends for all the hatred he was spouting that comes right out of the mouths of the alex jones, rush limbaughs and donald tRumps of this world. I'm too old to give a shit about keeping friends who feel this way. Better things to do with the time I have left.
