Rant

Sorry I just read a letter from my sister's insurance carrier for her car. Her rates are going up substantially and she doesn't make enough to live on to begin with. Trump does not pay his bills. He does not pay his taxes. How come he is allowed to but everyone else gets hit with fines, fees, charges, bad credit ratings which affect being able to get a job, if you can get insurance for your car and home if lucky enough to have one. If you have a security clearence they can take it over bills not paid. How in h*** is Trump allowed to run for president he should not have access to any national security information based on the qualifications the republicans put into place. Everyone in the country should not pay their taxes for 20 years.

They are blind. Everything Trump has made accusations about he is guilty of. They belive every lie they have been fed. They do not get that the laws made by them effects their everyday existance. The fees on the debit cards. The late payment on top of the interest on their charge cards. Some how it is okay if they file bankruptcy but everyone else it is because they are irresponsible.

to another company. It seems that this is something to do every two years now.

Look around, she might find much better rates.

In theory that sounds great. The insurance companies share a data base and will deny insurance based on credit rating and there is nothing you can do about it. There needs to be consumer protection laws to guard against this.

My Safeco policy jumped 20% with no claims on it. I contacted my agent at Select Quote and he did a search, I am now with Traveller's.

If you don't want to make any attempt to save on the rates, that is your business, but I assure you it is not theory as I am now paying less than I did last year.

They will not let you change, insurance companies are in collusion. Not based on driving record at all.

I have State Farm and have been with the same agent for over 35 years so I get multi-line and loyalty discounts. I have a near-perfect driving record and my annual mileage hasn't changed for at least a decade.

I need to talk with my agent about this sudden seemingly inexplicable increase.

When that happened to me they said it was my credit rating. My house insurance also was revoked and then the mortgage company tried to foreclose on my house. I have my mortgage payments direct deposited so not a single one was late. I finally found one insurance company that would accept me. The insurance companies are in collusion. Hopefully when Hillary gets in she will have Elisabeth Warren get on all these companies who have robbing us blind. I was disappointed in Obama he did nothing to help and bailed out companies at the cost of famlies.
