The portrayal of him in "The Social Network" was spot on.

(65,042 posts)I have an account. Opened it around 5 and a half years ago so i could tell my sister my doggie died.

(54,256 posts)I'm not on FB either.
I don't give any personal information.
We have a private family group that we use to keep track of our schedules and plan time together. I also use it to keep track of friends who don't live close enough for me to see regularly. I don't respond to the regular nagging to "finish" my profile. I don't even use my whole name; people who are looking for me won't find me.

I mostly heard co-workers criticizing each other for what they wrote and shared anyway, so why get involved? There were even some co-workers who got upset at each other about some kind of farm game?
When I later heard that it was hard to delete a FB account and the company was relaxed on privacy matters, that clinched it.
Zuckerberg seems like a money-grubby shit to me.
