Sabotage: Swastikas, ‘Go Trump’ graffitied on Adam Yauch Park playground in Brooklyn Heights
Someone scrawled swastikas and the phrase “Go Trump” on the playground in Adam Yauch Park in Brooklyn Heights.
At least three parents reported the offensive vandalism to state Sen. Daniel Squadron (D–Brooklyn Heights)’s office on Friday, and staff there notified the Parks Department and police, according to a spokesman for the pol.
Parks workers are scheduled to scrub the sullied play equipment on Friday night, an agency spokesman said.
Two police officers were also stationed in the park that evening, but said they couldn’t comment on the graffiti or the investigation.
