In post-Election call, Trump asked President of Argentina for help with a building project

La Nacion (translated)

After President Mauricio Macri telephoned the new president-elect of the United States, Donald Trump, it was discovered that the Republican mogul asked Macri for permission to build a tower in downtown Buenos Aires.

"It was not yet told, but Trump asked him to authorize a building he is building in Buenos Aires, it was not just a geo political talk," said Jorge Lanata in his monologue of the Journalism for All program. Trump asked the President permission to formalize the work of his new real estate development, he told La Nacion was interested in doing many years ago but they did not before because of the difficulties imposed by the FX market regulations and barriers to imports.

"Donald Trump depends on the Buenos Aires legislature ... A long time ago a group of investors bought a three-story parking lot in the Obelisco area and in March of this year the people of YY Development Group, the partners of Trump, joined them to partner and do the work together, "Romina Mangel told how the story began.

something legal. If that would be the case, it doesn't mean that Pence becomes President, because he wasn't elected to that position. It's up to the electoral college to look at the large picture & what Trump is doing pre-election.

Talk about pay to play! Now what position do you think the president of Argentina is in when the future president of the US asks for help with getting a tower built in Argentina? This is illegal. Trump’s using his position to get special deals from ANY entity is illegal and unethical, but to shake down a foreign government makes it much worse. Talk about conflict of interest! Seriously, this is a crime, literally. We did not elect him to use the power of the office to help his business.

But this asshole trashed the Clinton’s for raising money for AIDS drugs, calling it pay to play (raised the funds not for themselves, and the only thing they got from it was the good feeling they got from saving lives). What Trump is doing is literal pay to play, and in the end, HE MAKES THE MONEY FOR HIS USE. And with regard to the hotel problem with diplomats staying there, Trump is being personally paid off by every foreign government whose representatives stay there, and they are doing it to gain influence. It is also not right for diplomats and others to feel pressured to stay there, which is the inevitable result of this scummy situation.

He needs to divest and put the proceeds into a true blind trust (blind means blind, NOT using his children, but instead, a truly independent trustee).
