He was neither the Hitler of the Caribbean nor was he a good guy.

He didn't have much regard for human rights or the democratic process. So I can't say I'm all that sad to see him go.

On the other hand our actions in the Cuban island weren't much better.

All I can really say is that the warming of relations between us and Cuba under President Obama have by far been the best thing for our two countries in decades.

And thankfully that's one thing I don't expect Trump to reverse. Because he had no regard for the embargo when it was in place and is probably making plans for the next Trump Havana bankruptcy project.
