Nobody should be allowed to burn the American flag - if they do, there must be consequences - perhaps loss of citizenship or year in jail!

Conspiracy theories and RW internet troll talking points is what he serves up. He is not a serious person, but at least David Corn pointed that out.

That will support that.

...Congress enacted the Flag Protection Act in 1989. It provides that anyone who knowingly desecrates the flag may be fined and/or imprisoned for up to one year. However, this law was challenged by the Supreme Court in a 1990 decision that the Flag Protection Act violates the First Amendment free speech protections.

You know he is still going to arrest, charge and put Hillary on trail right? She embarrassed him hugely by winning.

In 2005 @HillaryClinton co-sponsored a bill to criminalize burning of the American flag
Let's see if MSM will mention it, I don't think so!

we were taught that if you have a flag that has become tattered from use, you are SUPPOSED to burn it. The reason behind that is the other options you have would be to just toss it out in the trash, or drop it in the dumpster, both would show a sign of disrespect.

Now I know I haven't been a grade school kid for a very long time but it still makes sense to me. What the hell does the Con want done with a worn flag?

He wants us to look away at this while something else goes on. This is what he wants. I'm convinced his tweets are to distract us from things he's trying to do.

across the nation. Not.

What even brought this on? Are we in 1970 again? Is anyone in this country down with the program of today? There's a lot of stuff to attend to. This is not one of them. And the law is settled anyway.
