Military Draft Sign Up Will Still Be In Effect Under Defense Authorization Act.

There may not be draft boards, but young men will still have to sign up with Selective Service should a draft ever be authorized. Women would be excluded because of conservative opposition to women in combat units. So when you turn 18 it will be against the law and you will lose any government benefits if you fail to sign up.
