How much damage could a tRump administration do to internet access?

How easy or difficult is it to clamp down on now that we have already been using it?

If big box stores, the entertainment business, the fossil fuel industry, or conservatives can pay a premium to get their products, stores, opinions and views listed at the top of all the search engines, does that tilt the scales by limiting competition, opposing ideas, and new information?
