Waiting for imaginary jobs will not put any meals on the table but "Fixit" bonds will....

Like we had during WWII, we have to issue infrastructure bonds.

We need to issue zero-coupon bonds from 5$ to 100,00$ with a 10yr maturity dates and with a reasonable payout.
