Who were these 12 members of Congress the CIA briefed?

Back in September regarding the Russian hacks.

We knew that WikiLeaks was making one-sided attacks. We knew it was coming from Putin sources.

But it was more important to see what was disclosed in the stolen documents.

You know - DNC, DWS, election rigged, Podesta disclosures, insider contempt for Catholics, on and on...
