Should President Obama order Congress back to session?

To address the constitutional crisis that is creeping upon us?

Should he demand that they get to the bottom of the Russian interference in our elections and report back to him ASAP?

Would it be too little, too late? Should he just ignore it?

It's his duty as CIC to order investigations, he doesn't really have much of a choice. Am I wrong?

Sometimes I think he is using his leverage like he is playing a chess game and when the time comes he will call checkmate.

Other times I think he might be trying to give a little shit back to the Trumpster for his birther shit...

I am vasilating between the two..

He can do that with executive agencies, but not with the Congress.

... if the election interference went to the level of direct manipulation of election results, some of those Members of Congress won't be coming back.

It's going to be a wild week of disclosures, I think, all focused on turning electors before they officially vote for President. Remember, everyone, we the people never vote for the President. There's always someone else higher up the line who does that.
