Can you imagine if the election results were the opposite and WE tried to play the Russia/CIA card. It would be called conspiracy theory!


Here's the thing, Donald.....if the CIA itself is the one alleging the hacks, it's not a conspiracy theory. If an organization whose general reputation is to be secretive feels something is so out in the open that they come out and say it, it's pretty much a known commodity.

People allege conspiracy theories (true or not, and some of them end up being true) about the CIA. The CIA itself, however, does not allege conspiracy theories.
