Kanye West tweeted this afternoon on his meeting with President-elect Donald Trump and what they discussed.

The meeting shocked, well, pretty much everyone, but West said they both tackled some important issues:

Said he was paranoid and only trusted Kim. They didn't think he was safe for the children to see and were adjusting his meds. Yes he was in the mental ward for a week. But hey-great minds need to meet and all!
