OMFG NC H18 gets rid of bodycams

Well, not literally: the cameras remain, but H18 forbids any state court to demand the footage from them.

If you're just joining us, the NC state legislature is holding a second extraordinary session in which they are conducting a coup d'etat.

Say you are a young black man trying to decide whether a cop poses an imminent threat to you of serious injury or death as a result of unlawful behavior that he can now conceal.
