Which is more infuriating?

That a hostile foreign power interfered with an American election and the Republican Party doesn't care.

OR

That the GOP doesn't give a shit that the hostile foreign power prefers their candidate leading the US?

I guess any white guy that hates gay people counts as a Republican in their eyes...

It is never about the love of country or what is best for this nation - It is always and has always been about retaining power for themselves, the concept of patriotism is alien to these "Americans"

The fact that Republicans treat this like any old political scandal. Nothing to see here.

This might sound insane, but I feel like the only people left in America who can save us are John McCain and Lindsey Graham. Democrats are totally out of power, and every other Republican doesn't care.

And perhaps I am biased by my own career in the service...

But Graham and McCain both served honorably in uniform before seeking office. I can only hope that some shred of patriotism and decency remain in their hearts.

Not optimistic that they can do any good even if they do fight against this, but I hope that they find it in themselves to do the right thing.

Peace

On facebook, text, and face-to-face conversations since 2 days after the election. They are the 'core' of those who can bring this to light. However - the I also think Cruz and Rubio and Kasich may be in the mix somewhere. Scott Walker is an outlier - but a possibility.

I think not. We would be doing the same thing we see from the right, especially if the presidency was at risk

it's a sad state of affairs.

Although there are Democrats that are just as tribal as the GOP we also have a large percentage of people who go out of their way to find reasons to disagree with party leadership.

Revisit the Debbie Wasserman Schultz frenzy - and recall that nothing she did was illegal or even related to the National Election. It was all internal to the Democratic primary.

So no I don't believe that Democrats would be as blindly accepting of this particular villainy as our GOP counterparts.
