You know how those techno-libertarians want to move offshore?

Why let them have all the fun? If we did that, we'd be free from TrumPutin tyranny, and we could get to work raising sea life and deploying alternative energy.

...there aren't thousands of these going up ALREADY. They're clearly one possible answer to a better, cleaner future (over time, natch; nothing is immediate). You'd think with LITERAL 'captive populations' every nasty megacorp on Earth would have built arcologies or something of the like to prepare and monopolize.

Like Rapture in Bioshock, without all the assholes.
