The DNC needs Joe Biden as chair in order to rebuild and replace.

Also the party needs to setup classes in process and party fundamentals.

Why, because the average voter doesn't understand what government is or what's in a party platform.

In the old ward system the party was were you got a job or a recommendation for a civil service position.

We need the equivalent of the Chamber of Commerce. A weekly bingo would be a start.

Joe is a charmer and that's what we need. Joe is the type of guy who if he came up to me and asked me to run for something or to donate something or even to step aside in favor of a greater good, that I'd believe him and be inclined to listen to him.

In the end I hope whoever it is goes back to the 50 state strategy.
