Putin fixed the election so he could become president so Putin could have his arctic oil. I'd be willing to bet Trump is guaranteed a significant percentage of the yield. Tillerson is the fixer.

I believe he's deep in debt to russian banks, so his take would be used to pay off his debt. He gets to keep his business and that's about it.
