Did I step into the Twilight Zone, or is there another explanation?

Yesterday I went to Youtube to look up how to walk with a cane.

This and other videos related to the same subject matter came up:

Obersalzberg Now & Then: the Mountain Retreat of Adolf Hitler

I watched it, and it's definitely worth watching. But I wonder why it came up. I haven't looked for that kind of stuff in ages.

Thanks for posting this. Apparently Nazi history, Nazi everything is a trending topic. Who would have believed this just a few years ago?
Anyone know Fred Trump's connection with Nazis in the 30s and 40s?
