(47,953 posts)And that car is a beauty. Saw one last weekend and mistook it for a Jaguar. Not a bad thing.
Merry Christmas to you and yours, hope it is a good one!

I have a feeling my old albums from the late '60s and '70s will be getting a lot of play these next four years.
Recently bought a turntable and playing them though an onkyo reciever/amp and Bose 10 surround sound speakers. Awesome is all I know to say about that.
I just can't believe I didn't buy any CCR albums back then. Little Feat, Robert Palmer, Jesse Winchester and on and on, New Riders of the Purple Sage, Grateful Dead but no CCR. What is wrong with me. Hendrix, Joplin, Stairway to Heaven the whole works but no CCR. Shaking my head on that one.
Albums sound so much better than CD's do too. I thought the cracks and pops would negate that but there really isn't any and the few there is is only between songs
Looking for my inner self once more in life.

If you want to buy some killer vinyl, this place is great (but pricy)

They also carry some cleaning machines and stuff, most crazy priced but the cheap ones work too, you would be amazed at how much better an album sounds after a good cleaning!
Music is the solace.
