Allegedly Saudi Arabia, the other font of Islamic terrorism, funded the Pakistani nuclear program and can get the bomb whenever it decides to ask for it from Pakistan.

The governments of these other countries will not be so pliable. And too many countries already have nukes.
These countries will frame it as The Great Satan versus them. That won't sit well and they will be supported.

What a stupid short-sighted plan.
Well, on't worry about nukes. They gonna set the entire world on fire with another method.
