Dear Mr. Baldwin:

Many people in the US have decided to strike on January 20th and have vowed to not watch the inauguration of Donald Trump. Some of us have another idea. We envision a "yuge" group of entertainers coming together to have a concert and telethon that would air via streaming on the internet and possible other platforms. This would occur at the same time as the inauguration and would be a way to raise funds for a number of social organizations and causes that are threatened by the Trump administration and the Republican Congress. This would draw attention away from Donald Trump and would support a number of worthy causes. Please consider joining our cause as our lead Host. We the trampled majority need to laugh and sing on January 20th, to remind us that one of the most powerful forms of resistance is humor.
