They're watching their fortunes grow, and playing us against each other. It's pretty disgusting.

5. and the mindless TV shows don't help

for years American TV was viewed by many in foreign countries as good entertainment. Now I see many countries have tuned out American crappola and are watching shows produced in Korea and other progressive countries.

6. I've been saying this for a while now.

We've become a trashy tabloid nation. That's how I felt when watching the news during the elections.
