Catch 22 - Donald Trump Will Predictably Get Us Drawn Into A War ...

...Dubya style, then as the MSM defaults into its cheer leading mode, by the 2018 elections, Democrats who point that Truymp's action inevitably lead to a war or who opposed the war, will get chased out of office as traitors or being unpatriotic leading to a filibuster proof majority in the Senate.

We know it is going to happen. Indeed, Trump is already moving in lock step with the Shelden Adelson's man, Netenyahu, in Israel in walking away from the two state solution, supporting expanded Jewish settlements, and walking away from the Iran nuclear deal.

I think the goal is to try to provoke Iran into repudiating the deal to give Trump a pretext to blame President Obama for negotiating the deal in the first place, then starting a war with Iran.

Iran? Russia and Syrian allies. Israel will try to forment a war here, but the global implications are enormous....
Russia? More likely that Trump acquiesces and allows Putin's incursion into Ukraine.
China?

I see what you are saying, but I can't see where it wouldn't turn into a full on World, thermonuclear, Revelations type scenario. We are on the brink of that anyway, but there aren't any countries that are left in play and have resources.

...on Russia expansion into Europe and meddling in Syria. Meanwhile, a war with Iran would allow Trump to both repudiate President Obama, please oil companies, please Sheldon Adelson/Benjamin Netenyahu, and wrap himself in the flag all at once.

Russia itself stands to benefit from a U.S. war with Iran by selling arms to Iran to get the U.S. bogged down in a long conflict while also selling oil that has been made more expensive by the war.

Its a right wing, despot driven win-win.

have negatively impacted about every Prez since FDR. Even Reagan managed to go 8 years without a major war.

Admittedly, the buffoon is stupid enough to get sucked into a significant war, but no one escapes wars unscathed nowadays.

The real concern to me is that he starts another era where countries arm up and it bites us long after Trump has left.
