It's my guess that most Americans will be "Good German"

they will fall in line behind Herr Drumpster and never question the crap he does.
As they did with G W Bush, until the shit hit the fan and things got really bad.
The Press will also be the good propaganda agents he needs.

Which is why we need to make a big stink about Trump's transgressions. Every time. Don't let any of them slide by. Call him out for every last conflict of interest, every short-cut through the Constitution, every one of them.

We're Democrats, and we're used to "getting it" the first time we're told something. We don't care to be told the same thing over and over again. That's not how Republicans and their authoritarian followers do things. They need to be reminded constantly about things, or they forget what to be outraged about. We have to get over our reticence regarding repetition, and hammer away at Trump all the time. If someone says, "Oh, everybody knows" about whatever, tell them that that is clearly not the case. If you get tired of seeing someone else pointing out the sins of the Trump administration, then move on to something else. It's important to tell low-information voters who like to fall in line behind authority figures what's wrong with their hero. If you don't want to keep repeating something, don't get in the way of someone else who is.

And I mean that. I've seen too many people doing or contemplate something get dissed by folks who should support them (or at the very least stand aside), and then decide that what they wanted to do wasn't worth it because of the pushback.

To the community at large: If something isn't your cup of tea - like calling out Trump's transgressions each time - find something that does interest you to advance the cause.

is if liberals and minority groups scream to the high heavens constantly, dont give them an inch or a break from the resistance.

Very quickly after they take office you will see an assault on all government programs and departments including and especially Medicare, Medicaid, Obamacare, Social Security, Welfare, Unemployment and workplace safety, overtime laws, minimum wage laws and union protections.

Most of the trump supporters will cheer this right up to the point where their lives are devastated, and their lives will be devastated.

If the filibuster goes then there is no legislative way to stop them from outright stealing our benefits and they will rob the government blind.

It is a real bad situation, real bad. God help us, if he was real that is.

"Take the Dem stickers off cars," they cried! "And do it NOW!"

"Don't let them know you voted for Hillary!"

Ah, no. Nope.

as witnessed by the election results, in various ways.

Most people don't care because it doesn't affect them personally, until it does, at which time is is too late.

Historically speaking, of course.
