Trump's dismissal of hacking. Is he trying to hide something?

Speculations & Questions:

Could Trump or his cohorts have colluded with the Russian hackers to some extent like directing them to certain texts or timing the texts' disclosure?

If the F.B.I. discovered the "fingerprints" of this possible collusion, would they seek prison charges for the offending parties? Would Trump's cohorts "roll over" on him when facing treason charges? Would the F.B.I. arrest a sitting president?

What if the C.I.A. found such footprints?

I bring these possibilities up as matters which may be worth further speculation.

(If he only contacted Wickileaks and suggested times for disclosure, that might not be treason, but it would be politically explosive.)

behind his actions. He is going to make Nixon look near-mythically honest in comparison (and Nixon, beyond his corruption was actually a statesman, who did some good things as President--Trump on the other hand...)

The Russian government was in touch with members of President-elect Donald Trump's political team during the U.S. election campaign and knows most of his entourage, one of Russia's most senior diplomats told the Interfax news agency on Thursday.

Accused by defeated Democratic contender Hillary Clinton of being a puppet of President Vladimir Putin after praising the Russian leader, Trump has dismissed suggestions he had anything to do with the Russian government during the campaign.

But in comments that could prove politically awkward for the president-elect, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said there had indeed been some communications.

"There were contacts," Interfax cited Ryabkov as saying. "We are doing this and have been doing this during the election campaign."

If they are going to commit treason, they'll do it in the open? And no one will investigate?

What is going on?

So many jumped to poo poo this conspicuous by their rapid fire, Snopes says 'unproven'. FBI, now compromised, said they didn't find any connection. I think it needs to be revisited at least.

Trump is an emotionally immature, intellectually dishonest, pathological narcissist. He believes the world revolves around him and he believes he "won" the election because only he could beat those odds. To believe the Russians helped him, threatens his delusions... and in his world his delusions must always be protected.

just wonder if his dismissal of Russian hacking due to something more than that as well.

They're not mutually exclusive.
