ICYMI: Not all musicians are boycotting the inaugurals. #boycott
The bipartisan Jan. 19 gathering ahead of Donald Trumps inaugural will include a host of Georgia luminaries and Georgia-themed food and beverages.
I cant think of a better way to celebrate the inauguration of our 45th president than to be alongside fellow Georgians at an event featuring great entertainment and Georgia fare and refreshments, said U.S. Rep. Tom Graves, honorary chairman of the Georgia State Society.

On October 27, 2015, he performed the National Anthem prior to the start of the opening game of the World Series between the Kansas City Royals and the New York Mets at Kauffman Stadium in Kansas City. In January 2016, he performed an a cappella version of "The Star-Spangled Banner" at the Denver BroncosNew England Patriots AFC Championship Game in Denver.

(2,593 posts)I've never heard of Andy Grammer. And I live in Georgia. I'm not too upset about this.

(27,995 posts)Why would any Dems pay to be at a black tie event celebrating the Trump inauguration?

I'm not surprised that they found someone to take the stage. The only thing more pathetic than having one performer would be having a roomful of Republicans all trying to hum and dance at the same time.

(27,995 posts)He's definitely not one of my favorites, but he does have catchy songs. It's a shame that he's supporting the orange twit.

(11,843 posts)IMO, of course. Music that has but one or two phrases repeated multiple, multiple times is not appealing to me. Write some fricking lyrics, not a catch phrase. Must be why I think Trumlethinskin is an idiot too.
