When the Madman goes on a Twitter spree, anyone else feel like it's sort of like when....

....someone in the family is a raging, unrepentant alcoholic and is returning from his nightly bender?

All the anger and delusional thought just spews out.

Thankfully, I didn't grow up in a household like that, but I know people who did.

Now.

I am hypervigilant and have low level anxiety and now fatigue (depression?) regularly. I'm also pissed at the world.

I know a lot of us here are feeling this.

Maybe Springtime will elevate my heart. I need SOMETHING!

"Right things". Taking political action, staying physically active. But this thing - this darkness and dread - so pervasive...

I am expecting war within 6 months max. Possibly nuclear, if Iran is involved. I will get my 24 year old daughter out of the country if that happens. Don't know how or where, but I will not allow her to be cannon fodder for these monsters.

We didn't bring our children into the world for this.
