A complete and utterly horrifying dismantling of Pax Obama.

Tearing down Dodd-Frank that sought to prevent the next Great Recession.

Ramping up tensions with Iran after the previous administration worked diligently to secure a nuclear deal.

Welcoming Putin with open arms after we had sanctioned them for his unlawful actions in Ukraine and interfering with our elections.

Gutting the ACA.

Turning his back on climate change agreements.

Now there's word that Trump is getting Rick Scott in Florida to pressure the ports not to accept goods from Cuba after President Obama had historically restored relations between the two countries.

It's always easier to tear things down than to build them up, and all the work that so many people took for granted is going to be destroyed by this Madman.

To those who thought Trump would be no big deal, it's going to be quite the rude awakening indeed.

It takes but minutes to burn it down. All one needs is malicious intent and a match.

because their Medicare and Social Security are effectively gone.

Most seniors wont have the physical or emotional ability to fight back to the extent to save their lives, so it is ultimately up to Americans who are patriotic to put a stop to this madness.

The opposition to Obama has always been about one thing and one thing only, we all know what that is. They couldnt explain their opposition to ACA when pointed out to them it was their idea in the first place, no way to hide that their problem with Obama was simply you know what.

Allowing him to have success as president makes their heads hurt. They will destroy every living human being and animal on the planet before allowing Barack Obama to have one success story.

Declare squatters rights. No interest, no payments, no mortgage. Heck, some of them will even have the electricity and water still on.

Jill Stein said so.

I expect war to break out any minute against Iran, with China coming up fast too.

I pity the folks with kids in the military that will die to make draft dodger Trump look tough.

Gov. Scott puts provision in proposed budget to block trade with Cuba
January 31, 2017 5:13 PM
By Mimi Whitefield

Following on the heels of last’s week threatened retaliation against Florida ports that sign agreements with Cuba, Gov. Rick Scott has tucked another anti-Cuba provision into his proposed state budget that is even more far-reaching.

Port Everglades and the Port of Palm Beach backed off plans to sign what’s known as a memorandum of understanding with the National Port Administration of Cuba last week after Scott tweeted that he would ask state legislators to cut off funding for any Florida ports that “enter into any agreement with [the] Cuban dictatorship.”

In a Twitter post, the governor said he had “Serious security/human rights concerns” about Cuba.

The two ports received visits from a high-level maritime and business delegation from Cuba last week, but both port directors put plans to sign any MOU with Cuba on hold.

Port of Alabama signs agreement with Cuba that Florida ports can't

Paul GuzzoPaul Guzzo, Times Staff Writer

Alabama came to Tampa on Thursday to sign an agreement with Cuba.

The seaport in Mobile and Cuba's National Port Authority pledged to find ways to expand the business they do with each other — the kind of deal that three ports in Florida had worked toward until Gov. Rick Scott last week scuttled them with a threat to pull their funding.

Alabama State Port Authority CEO James Lyons said the timing was coincidental. The memorandum of understanding had been planned for at least three months. Tampa was convenient since both parties would be here.

The occasion Thursday was an international conference called "Planning for Shifting Trade," sponsored by the American Association of Port Authorities at the Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel & Marina.
