I have taken this to mean, beware when the govt/media is focusing all your attention one direction--they are trying to prevent you from seeing what they are doing elsewhere.

so, my appalled and paranoid question is, given the hateful, absurd, ignorant, unconstitutional, war-mongering, alliance-screwing crap we are looking at, WHAT IN THE HELL are they doing in the shadows?
