Federal judge halts muslim ban. How will this

be inforced. Customs and Border Protection say they will comply. And if it goes to the supreme court it they divided 4-4 liberal vs. conservative justices. (CNN) So what happens then?

Federal Court judge (Washington State) was appointed by George W. Bush.
