One of the lawyers involved in the law suit that resulted in the stay on travel ban said on Chris Hayes that the DOJ was arguing that if Trump orders it it is valid because of national security. And what that means if the DOJ is saying the Trump can issue an order that cannot be turned over by any court.

Bluntly the courts have NO authority over Trump.
