There's been a number of articles recently, in friendly publications that have noted her distinct turn in her approach to the public recently. Feel free to disagree. It's all opinion at this point.

Hillary denied she was going to run as well. All the way up to the moment that she announced her candidacy. It's smart. Keeping cards close to the chest.
