Picking a fight with the Judicial Branch

Something tells me this isn't going to go well for the Orange one.

He's already, and has been, taking personal shots at judges.

Do you think the Judicial Branch will restore law and order over his recklessness?
I hope so.

Someone has to enforce the orders or take action when there is contempt of court. If NO one will arrest the perpetrators then how can you force it?

to existing law and the constitution. When they do that, they will find that it is not in compliance with either and quash it. It's an open and shut case, really. The courts have a habit of measuring things and making decisions, without any concern for who is sitting in the White House. That's their job. Overall, they do pretty well with it, historically.

The 9th Circuit, especially, tends to rule in favor of the public, rather than for the desires of the other two branches.

This will end up in the SCOTUS, no doubt, but the EO won't be enforced for a good long time.

the Trumpistas are gonna say the magic words "National Security" as a reason for ignoring the law and the Consitution.

when saying he "will win" because it's for the protection of the American people, which we all know is complete bullshit. He's in a personal power struggle now just to "win". He has no concept or care of the Constitution on any level. This is how he will do business now, throw everything into chaos and the law and Constitution be damned. We're all pawns for his ego, the courts, the government, everything.

But, no, I don't think that his temper tantrums will ultimately prevail, and I do think he will be embarrassed and angered. Insinuating a Bush appointed judge is not legitimate will take its toll. His hell-to-pay attitude will only go so far as people already have his number.
