Is there a way to report to twitter that Trump's feed is fake news?

I know Facebook actually allows you to alert on fake news. What about Twitter?

twitter--- there is like / learn more and then a check mark/ click on check mark /then report post /and then choose why.

but I did have fun reporting a Trump tweet as abusive -> bigoted. Just becuase there was no way to try to report it without walking through the process.
