It is really powerful.
The last part where they reach the wall on the border was cut by Fox.

It shows that not all White Americans are Trumpsters and Haters.

(11,996 posts)It'll certainly affect those who agree with the message. Unfortunately the haters will not get it.

(11,996 posts)84 Lumber, a Pennsylvania-based building materials supplier, originally intended to air a Super Bowl commercial featuring a Spanish-speaking woman and girl who are fleeing their home country. In the ad, the family hits a nations border wall, only to find a doorway that permits them to enter the country.
Now, only the part of the ad not including the wall will play before Sundays Half Time show.
...
NFL spokesman Brian McCarthy said the league was in its right not to air the original ad.
We review spots to ensure they do not violate our advertising policies, McCarthy said. The ad that will air does not violate our policies.

(10,283 posts)It is part of a 5+ minute piece, so a lot of it was "censored" in the sense that it's a 30 sec or one minute ad.

(37,748 posts)A coerced and unwanted edit to a finished product is hardly something to justify... unless you're simply playing games.

(53,998 posts)They wake up early, work hard, keep their family together, and try to build a better life. Sorry, but that sort of attitude has no place in Trump's American dream. Why aren't they buying more stuff at Walmart like good Americans?
What's next... teaching their children critical thinking?
