Others have described the psychological "Dark Triad" (narcissism, psychopathy, and I forget the other one) -- but these days I really feel we should add that he seems to be slipping into dementia.

He is propped up and supported by his adult kids, especially Ivanka and her husband Jared, who intercede for him and interpret his utterances for others. Then there are the political sycophants who find him oh so useful. They will ride this train right up until the very moment it goes off the rails over a chasm.

If only the rest of us could get off the train first.
