It might be interesting if the judges ask for "discovery" from the White House

with regard to the planning of the Muslim ban -- except that if there was anything incriminating, it would be their first opportunity to lie and withhold evidence.

OTOH, that place is full of leakers. Anything could happen.

This hearing today was about DTs emergency motion to stay Judge Robart's TRO, and depending on the rulings, the case might eventually go back to Judge Robart for a trial. That would involve discovery.
