In 2005, Bannon wrote a movie about Nazis, cloning, mutants, the evils of science, evil elites...

Basically it was supposed to be a documentary-style movie:
Mankind has adopted the "most radical ideology in history": Man is creating new men. Which is obviously bad, because only God is allowed to do that. Bad things happen when mankind does science.
(Note: The movie does not detail if good things happen when mankind worships God.)
All the "yuppie science" and this commercialisation of technology leads to stuff like mutants, clones and designer-humans.
The Nazis were all about race. This new technology/society would be about changing the human. Therefore these guys would be just like Nazis.
(Summary: If you don't worship God, you're basically a Nazi.)
This technology leads to society becoming a fascist dystopia ruled by powerful, immortal elites, kept alive by spare body-parts.
And of course, the movie contains some Illuminati-style conspiracy-theory about the elites trying to impose a new world-order.

In another movie-draft, he wanted to make a documentary to warn of Muslims creating the "Islamic States of America", helped by enablers like:
The Washington Post, NPR, Universities and the Left, the ACLU, the CIA, the State Department, and the American Jewish Community.
