The Republicans are planning a vote at 2 a.m. tonight to confirm Rep. Tom Price as head of the Department of Health and Human Services. Yet, we STILL don’t have a straight answer about his pattern of introducing legislation to benefit companies that he makes investments in. And the Republicans seem to have no problem with his plan to privatize Medicare and decimate the coverage millions of Americans rely on.

Don’t let them sneak this one through. SHARE this and tell your friends to urge Senate Republicans to vote NO on Price.

Price wants to privatize Medicare, gut Medicaid, defund Planned Parenthood and repeal the ACA with no other plan in sight. He would decimate the health care coverage millions of Americans rely on.

Tom Price also has shady and suspicious investment "practices." He misled the Senate about a special deal he got on health care stock from his Congressman friend. When he refused to answer our questions about this, the Republicans suspended the rules and advanced his nomination – despite a Democratic walk-out from the committee.

To add to this parade of horribles, Price also has a track record of making investments in health care companies and then promoting legislation to help those very companies.

With these shady deals and a plan to privatize Medicare, the Republicans know the more daylight Price sees the swampier and more unacceptable he gets.

That’s why Mitch McConnell scheduled the vote on Price's nomination for 2 a.m. tonight.

In the dead of night, they’re aiming to confirm this nomination. While most Americans are sleeping, they’re levying the latest attack on our health care.

Let your friends know that we need to sound the alarm and do everything we can to stop Price before the scheduled vote at 2 a.m.!

The things they do are stunning. Although the democratic senators were historic in delaying these appointments. Not a single president has not had their appointments stopped through 1 week past inauguration. Democratic senators are close to a month. Great job! Keep it up!!!
