Too bad Trump doesn't have anyone with diplomatic skills

Trump crafted his administration to dismantle federal agencies, control minorities, and clamp down on misdemeanor crime instead of dealing with international crisis. He spent months bad mouthing China and our European allies and now we could use their help in dealing with North Korea.

I feel like we're facing a complex global threat and all we have is a fraudulent small town bully who thinks he can beat anyone with one hand tied behind his back. Who in his cabinet can he now turn to for advice? Conway? Flynn? Putin?

We've severed ties with the world and put all our eggs in a set of Russian nesting dolls with no more than ornamental value. I miss Obama.

2. Only one I can think of who MIGHT have some diplomatic abilities is Mattis, the new Defense Sec.

I know he's a military guy, but at least he should be able to explain the NK facts of life to the Con. Plus lots of high ranking officers have diplomacy experience. This one better because he's all we've got.

3. Isn't it ironic...

..that the only person connected to this administration who appears sane has the nickname "Mad Dog"? I agree that he may be handy in this situation. Let's just hope he isn't overruled by Bannon.
