My answer was short and to the point
"So, thousands of people poured across the border from Massachusetts to vote for Clinton and Hassan, yet then turned around and voted for Chris Sununu for governor, gave Republicans 13 of 23 seats and control of the NH State Senate, gave the Republicans control of the NH state house and 3/5 of the Executive council. Pretty wily those Massachusetts vote frauders."

fraudulent voters got past the line of alert, earnest volunteers who always man the polling place up at a local church. How they got past once, and then how some would have managed to do it twice and three times? Setting this silly claim in a context he was very familiar with, image of a ruler used to draw a line through each voter's name, resulted in a pause and no answer.
Especially amusing because our north Georgia precinct is one of the most conservative in the nation. We do have some POC and an unusually large Hispanic pop in this county, but those manning the tables guarding the ballot every year are 100% white, probably 95% members of old county families for whom everyone who is not stands out. Btw, they are always scrupulously pleasant and courteous as they hand us our Democratic ballots in the primary, but even as white Democrats we are oddities. And I'm sure our own chances of being able to vote again under a second name are approximately zero.
