in the system. In theory, of course, you are right. However you cannot disagree that the fascist in power today are making attack after attack on that system, i.e. the courts and press. I believe they will whittle and chisel away at the system of checks and balances until all power will rest - one way or another - in the Executive branch. Harbinger of this is the soon-to-be Supreme Court appointment.

Dark-skinned, brown-black hair. The father was south Eastern European (Czech/Slovak/etc.) They were constantly thought to be hispanic, although they were taller than 99% of hispanic females. Growing up in south Texas, though, it was never a problem for them.

I can't imagine how difficult that must have been for you, though. The only discrimination I've faced was as a female and rich against poor.
